Behavioral Health
Appalachian Wellness, LLC takes great delight in providing patients with Behavioral Health Consultations. Our staff is knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated to helping you get back on your feet. You will meet with Sheri Lyn Rose Haas, M.A., or Dr. Glover for your intake screening and initial assessment once you have scheduled your first session. The purpose of the initial behavioral health assessment is to verify that you understand your treatment goals and are assigned to the appropriate provider teams.

Child Psychiatric Services
The providers at Appalachian Wellness are well-versed in the nuances of child psychiatry and how best to get and keep your child psychologically healthy. We use our knowledge of biology, psychology, and social trends to determine the optimum path to facilitate the emotional well-being of your child. Our staff psychiatrists will judicially analyze the potential need for medication while our psychologist will assist your child in learning coping mechanisms to help them better navigate life's twists and turns.
Couples Therapy
Disagreement and discord are common amongst even the happiest of marriages and relationships. Any couple could easily find themselves benefitting from attending couples therapy. In addition to assisting couples in resolving major issues such as jealousy or infidelity, a therapist can strengthen the relationship in many other ways. Medication Assisted Treatment
Appalachian Wellness, LLC takes great delight in providing patients with opioid addiction and other drug misuse concerns with medically necessary pharmaceutical management. Our staff is knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated to helping you get back on your feet. You will be scheduled with a prescribing practitioner, Dr. Haas, Dr. Sizemore, or Ms. Campbell, to address your substance use treatment needs after completing your intake and health evaluation.
Primary Care Health Screening
Coordinating your primary care requirements has never been easier than at Appalachian Wellness, LLC. Our individualized primary care schedule allows you to get behavioral health or medication-assisted therapies on the same day at the same location as your general care appointment. After completing your intake evaluation, you will be scheduled for a full health screening with Jade Campbell, APRN or Dr. Alan Sizemore, our primary care provider. They're also equipped to handle your continuing chronic care and primary health care needs.
Addiction

Suboxone
Suboxone helps reverse the side effects of short-acting Opioids, including Heroin and prescription Painkillers. Consisting of 2 ingredients, Buprenorphine and Naloxone, Suboxone prevents the painful withdrawal symptoms caused by an Opioid addiction.
Sublocade
Sublocade is a long-acting injectable buprenorphine medication used for the treatment of opioid dependence and addiction. It works by partially blocking the effects of opioids, making it easier to stay on track with recovery.
Hepatitis C

It is primarily transmitted through contact with blood from an infected person, such as through sharing contaminated needles or syringes.
